Design and maintain business performance KPIs and dashboards through the use of the company’s databases and data visualization tools. Monitor regulatory reporting developments and ensure compliance. Prepare and deliver presentations and ad-hoc reports for business leaders as well as other internal and external stakeholders. Perform analysis on complex datasets, identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making. Work on a range of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects and contribute in revenues, costs, profitability optimization.  Professional Experience & Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant fields of Reporting / Regulatory Reporting / Business Intelligence / Analytics preferably in the Financial Services sector. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related discipline. Master's Degree will be considered a plus.  Core Competencies & Knowledge Excellent skills in SQL, visualization tools (preferably Power BI), MS Excel, PowerPoint is required. Creative thinking with excellent interpersonal, collaboration, & communication skills in both Greek and English is required. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required. Prior experience with the banking or credit servicing sectors regulatory reporting (e.g SRT reporting) will be considered a strong plus.  What We Offer Competitive compensation package.
