Founded in 2017, AlphaOmega is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up based in Luxembourg which provides fund registration, regulatory reporting and dissemination services.AlphaOmega is constantly growing since its creation and serving multiple clients in Europe.In order to support our development, AlphaOmega is looking for the ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity as:‍Senior Reporting Officer (F/M)Your missionWithin our Data Management team, you will be involved in various projects and missions, such as:‍‍‍‍Leading the production of essential regulatory and marketing documents, including Key Information Documents (KIDs/KIIDs), Factsheets, and other investor reporting materialsEnsuring accuracy and timeliness of all reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standardsOptimizing processes by monitoring and improving the use of reporting and production tools to increase efficiency and consistencyCollaborating closely with IT and data teams to enhance our custom-built solutions, ensuring scalability and automation across reporting processesContributing to innovation by bringing fresh ideas to improve the clarity, design, and effectiveness of investor communications‍Your profileMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, in the investment funds industryExcellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concisionExcellent knowledge in Excel. VBA, Python and/or SQL skills are an assetStrong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to understand and analyse requests and propose durable solutions.
