Senior Reporting Specialist - Lacoste

Today, the company has a presence in 25 countries, employs over 8,000 people and manages nearly 700 stores along with 17 digital channels worldwide.We are looking for a collegue as “SENIOR REPORTING SPECIALIST- LACOSTE” to join our Eren Retail Group.General QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering. Relevant certifications (i.e. CPA) are highly desirable,Minimum of 5 years in financial controlling and budgeting, with strong expertise in financial modeling,Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities. Experience with SAP, or Hyperion is advantageous,Proven ability to manage large datasets and complex reports with exceptional reporting and analytical skills,Excellent command of both written and spoken English for effective communication at all management levels,Capable of planning and organizing multiple tasks and activities efficiently,A strategic, self-motivated thinker who is energetic, proactive, and results-driven,Strong interpersonal abilities with the capability to collaborate effectively across departments.Familiarity with Turkish GAAP and accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is a valuable asset.Job DescriptionLead the company’s budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish, monitor, and maintain financial plans that align with the company's strategic objectives,Prepare comprehensive financial reports, analyze data to identify trends and variances, and present actionable insights to management,Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health and performance of the company,Conduct financial analysis on an as-needed basis to support management's decision-making processes,Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans that support the company’s growth and sustainability,Partner with various departments to gather financial data and provide expertise in budget preparation and financial analysis,Oversee inventory management to optimize levels, minimizing carrying costs while ensuring product availability,Work with IT and relevant departments to enhance and develop financial and inventory management systems.
