Job Description

Responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring in the ministry. The role promotes evidence-based governance and ensures alignment with national priorities. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain reporting systems that reflect government strategies and sectoral objectives. Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights for senior officials. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting practices. Develop interactive dashboards and visualization tools to support strategic oversight. Contribute to public policy formulation through data-driven reporting and impact assessments. Ensure compliance with government planning cycles and reporting mandates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 15+ years of experience in strategic reporting or performance analysis, including at least 3 years in a role within a Qatari government entity. Experience in aligning local reporting systems with international standards and benchmarks. Strong understanding of government planning processes and reporting requirements. Background in policy impact analysis and strategic communication with government stakeholders. Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
