Senior Retail Executive

We are looking for a socially confident Retail Executive to assist our customers with purchasing furniture decisions, recommending furniture design/color/fabric/material, and maintain a clean and visually appealing salesfloor.ResponsibilitiesAchieving sales targets while providing excellent customer serviceFamiliar with product knowledge, advises customers by providing information on productsManage inventory levels, ensure smooth daily operations, maintain showroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional and inviting environment for customers.Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to improve showroom efficiency and sales.Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer shopping experience and increase satisfaction.Create a welcoming atmosphere and assist customers with personalized recommendations and solutions.Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and special offers.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, luxury retail/ soft furnishing preferredStrong drive for results; goal oriented.Excellent social skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writingOther InformationWorking Hours: Mon – Sun (11am – 8pm) 6 off day per monthWorking Location: Marina Square, SingaporeBasic + Attractive commissionFlexible off days scheduleIf you are keen to explore the opportunity to be part of a luxury, truly exciting and successful business, we would be keen to hear from you.
