With a strong pipeline of work and a design-led approach, this is an opportunity to be part of a team where your technical skill and attention to detail will directly shape the outcome of each build.We are looking for a Senior Revit Drafter who enjoys working across a mix of project types from townhouses and multi-residential through to education and retail. You will be part of a close, collaborative team that values initiative, open communication, and practical design outcomes.Based in the Brisbane CBD, you will work closely with internal design and construction teams, as well as external consultants, to ensure every drawing set is accurate, compliant, and ready for delivery.What you will be doing:Prepare and coordinate detailed documentation in Revit for residential and mixed-use projects Translate design concepts into practical, compliant construction drawings Liaise with engineers, consultants, and construction teams to resolve technical details and maintain design intent Review plans for accuracy, buildability, and compliance with NCC and planning regulations Assist with design coordination, value management, and documentation updates throughout the project lifecycle Support the design team with quality control and document issue processes Maintain Revit libraries and contribute to improving drafting standards and workflows What you will bring:Proven experience in residential or multi-residential drafting using Revit (essential) Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and documentation standards Good knowledge of NCC and local planning requirements Ability to manage documentation across multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach A background in architecture, building design, or drafting QBCC design licence preferred but not essential This role will suit someone who enjoys being part of a growing company where your contribution is valued and your work directly impacts what gets built.Please note: for all our roles, you must have full Australian work rights.
