Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage compensation structures, HRIS System, and salary reviewsConduct Salary market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitivenessManage annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonuses, and promotionsProvide strategic guidance to HR and business leaders on reward-related mattersAdminister and optimize HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and reporting capabilitiesCollaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and resolve issuesGenerate dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning and executive decisionsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS managementExperience analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiencyExperience with HRIS platforms and compensation benchmarking toolsKnowledge of rewards practices.Excellent communication and Data accuracy.
