Senior Risk Actuary – (Reinsurance – Dublin based)

Oliver James are partnered with a leading Dublin based Reinsurer who are seeking the support of an Actuary to join their Risk division.This is a Dublin based opportunity, you must live in Ireland to be considered.RoleThis exciting opportunity will span across Risk and Capital Management. The business we are working with proudly champion the success of their employees, you’ll have a clear succession plan and support in elevating your Actuarial career.Notable company benefits include ability to work overseas 20 days per year as per the Global Mobility Scheme, as well as access to thriving and inclusive charity and social committees!Required Experience– FIA/FSAI, 6-8 years PQE with around 10-12 years total experience– Actuarial position within Life Insurance/ Reinsurance– Risk experience across – ORSA, SST, Risk Management Frameworks– Good knowledge of Solvency II and regulatory frameworks– Excellent soft skills including effective communication and good time and task managementSalary: dependent on experienceLocation: Dublin – 2 days per week in office.
