(Senior) Risk Manager AIFM – Real Estate / Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Your ResponsibilitiesPeriodic reporting to the management bodies of the AIFM, the AIFs, and the CSSF on the risk situation of the managed funds and the management companyPreparation and maintenance of risk profiles for each AIF in line with the fund’s investment strategyOngoing monitoring of funds for compliance with legal and contractual investment restrictionsFurther development of risk management systems, methodologies, and assessment proceduresDevelopment and maintenance of guidelines, work instructions, and control processes, including enhancement of the internal control system and risk mitigation measuresEnsuring ongoing monitoring of outsourced areas and functions (outsourcing/delegation control)Initial and ongoing due diligence on service providers and fund partnersMonitoring the valuation framework and analysing reports issued by appointed valuation agentsActive participation in Business Acceptance and Valuation CommitteesLeading cross‑functional risk and governance projects from time to timeWe expect from youDegree in business, economics, finance, or similarProfessional experience in an AIFM or Big Four/consulting environment (real assets exposure is an advantage)Very good knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulatory requirements for AIFs/AIFMs, in particular risk management and delegation/outsourcing controlHands‑on, proactive working style with strong ownershipAssertiveness, confidence, and motivation to take leadership in assigned tasksClient‑oriented mindsetStrong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); readiness to use AI in day‑to‑day tasksExcellent English required; German is a plusOur BenefitsFor your work-life balance we offer 30 days of annual leave, flexible working hours and the opportnuity to work partially remote.Our modern offices are conveniently located in the city center and are easily accessible by public transport.Our open-minded and helpful team is looking forward to working with you.
