Your role involves developing and refining automation tools to meet client needs effectively. If you have solid experience in RPA engineering and programming, we encourage you to apply and become part of our innovative team.ResponsibilitiesImplement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion, or Blue PrismDevelop and maintain business processes and workflow automationsEnhance existing RPA implementations based on client feedbackCollaborate with clients to gather and analyze automation requirementsTest and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure reliabilityDocument automation processes and updates for knowledge sharingStay updated with new developments in RPA technologies and toolsRequirementsExperience as an RPA software engineer for 3 or more yearsBackground in process design, software development, automated testing, or functional testingUnderstanding of fundamental programming concepts and their practical applicationKnowledge of at least one popular programming language such as Java, C#, C++, Python, or JavaScriptProficiency in using RPA tools including UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Apps, Blue Prism, or WorkFusionCapability to work effectively in a team environmentEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherNice to haveKnowledge of one or more of the following RPA platforms: UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, or, or Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Power AppsExperience in working with BPO Service Centers and/or skills in: F&A, Insurance, Banking, Back Office ManagementSoftware development backgroundAbility to structure the work, estimate tasks, meet the commitmentsWe offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
