Kontoor Brands is a purpose-led organization focused on leveraging its global platform, strategic sourcing model and best-in-class supply chain to drive brand growth and deliver long- term value for its stakeholders.Job PostingRESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Lead comprehensive structural safety audits at Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier factories, delivering expert-level assessments and recommendations.Oversee the review and approval of structural designs, load plans, and retrofitting proposals, ensuring alignment with BNBC, IBC, and other international codes.Manage and mentor a team of safety engineers, providing technical direction and professional development.Lead the tracking and follow-up of remediation progress for complex structural safety issues using Smartsheet, Excel, and SharePoint.Coordinate with third-party structural audit firms for audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.Evaluate and approve Corrective Action Plan (CAP) evidence submitted by factories, escalating unresolved or high-risk issues to senior management.Conduct regular factory visits to verify implementation of structural safety measures, offering advanced technical guidance and solutions.Design and deliver advanced structural safety training programs and awareness sessions for factory personnel and internal teams.Prepare and present quarterly reports and dashboards on structural safety performance to senior leadership. Maintain and enhance records for CSR scorecard reporting and internal compliance reviews. Stay abreast of updates to BNBC, IBC, and other structural safety standards, integrating best practices into program operations.Lead incident investigations and provide expert technical input on structural safety-related escalations. Represent Kontoor Brands in industry forums and regulatory discussions related to structural safety.What We Will Be Looking For In YouInclude but not limited toMinimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in structural safety, preferably in the garment, Textile or manufacturing sector.Advanced knowledge of BNBC, IBC, and other structural safety codes and standards.Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale remediation projects.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Smartsheet.Strong communication skills in English and Bangla, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.Academic QualificationsMin bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required; Master’s degree preferredWhy Kontoor Brands?At Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle.
