Position Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Account Manager to join our team. The Senior Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This individual will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients, guiding the account team, and collaborating with other departments to achieve client objectives and exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contactUnderstand clients' needs, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutionsServe as an advocate for clients within the company to ensure customer satisfactionRegularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and resolve any issuesAccount Strategy and Growth:Develop and implement account strategies to increase revenue, improve client retention, and identify new business opportunitiesProactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, aligning additional products or services to meet client needsMonitor account health and growth, ensuring targets and KPIs are metProject Management:Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCollaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless service deliveryAddress and resolve any operational or delivery issues that may ariseTeam Leadership:Mentor and guide junior account managers and support staff, providing leadership and fostering a positive, productive team environmentEnsure effective communication within the account team and between departmentsProvide training and support to junior team members to improve their performance and skillsClient Reporting & Analytics:Provide regular performance reports, including KPIs, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metricsConduct client presentations and reviews to demonstrate the value of services/products and progress toward goalsAnalyze account data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve client satisfactionBudget and Financial Management:Manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and cost controlNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreementsEnsure all invoicing and payments are processed efficiently and in a timely mannerCollaboration and Communication:Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on expectations and deliverablesContribute to strategic planning and decision-making to meet both client and company objectivesWork closely with senior leadership to share client feedback and help shape company offeringsQualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Experience:5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in a B2B environmentProven experience managing large or complex accounts, with a demonstrated ability to grow and retain clientsStrong understanding of account management strategies, project management, and business developmentSkills:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong leadership abilities with experience managing or mentoring a teamStrategic thinker with the ability to develop tailored solutions for clientsProficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting toolsExcellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPersonal Attributes:Results-driven, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and business targetsProblem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage client challenges effectivelyHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientsA proactive, can-do attitude, with a focus on continuous improvementSalary:Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentivesBenefits:Health insurancePaid time off (PTO)Career growth and development opportunitiesPerformance bonusesWhy Join Us: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with opportunities to lead, influence, and drive business success.
