We are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and supporting the Head of Sales in budgeting, costing, and decision-making. If you are passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive growth, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesCompile, analyze, and interpret internal and external sales data to forecast market trends.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.Review historical sales performance to identify productivity patterns and improvement opportunities.Evaluate third-party market data to benchmark best practices and sales success strategies.Support the Head of Sales in budgeting, costing, and administrative processes.Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards (HSSE).Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or related roles.Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.Team-oriented and proactive approach.Desirable:Experience in FMCG or the water/beverage industry.Working knowledge of SAP.Master’s degree preferred.Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
