We are hiring for Petro Emphor Co. W.L.L - Centena's Industrial Process Solution division.Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer- Instrumentation and Control SystemsLocation: Doha, QatarWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Engineer with 5–6 years of proven experience in Instrumentation, Valve Automation, Flow Metering, Online Analyzer Systems, and Instrumentation/Skid Packages. The ideal candidate will be based in Qatar (with NOC, local visa transferable) and will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and supporting business development activities across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power sectors.Location: Doha, Qatar – Full TimeKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.Achieve the agreed sales revenue every year and grow business year on year.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in instrumentation and automation solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, end-users, and OEMs.Support preparation of technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.Provide technical clarifications and product presentations to customers.Monitor customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.Coordinate with principals/suppliers to promote products and secure approvals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports.Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.Qualification & Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline).5–6 years of sales experience in Instrumentation, Automation, or Process Control industries.Strong knowledge of flow metering, analyzer systems, valve automation, and instrumentation packages.Existing client network in Qatar or GCC with EPCs, end-users, and OEMs (advantageous).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and proposals simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.GCC Driving License (required).
