Senior Sales Engineer

• Academic Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in electrical , Electronic, Communication, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.• Qualification : 5-7 years’ experience in Project Sales, selling electrical material and equipment or related products.• Duties & Responsibilities : 1- Lead and manage the sales processes for the whole team from opportunity identification through contract and terms and conditions up to invoicing and payment collection.2- Provide direction for all day-to-day operational activities.3- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with decision-makers.4- Identify new opportunities and create sales analytics.5- Set Action Plans for the team and ensure implementation to achieve targets.6- Prepare and Submit performance reports on a weekly basis.• Required Skills: 1- Leadership Skills.2- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.3- Team Building Skills.4- Fluent in English and Arabic.5- Strong negotiation skills.Benefits:1- 30 days annual leave.2- Salaries between 10,000 SAR - 12,500 SAR3- Tickets for the employee.4- Medical Insurance (BUPA).
