The company's commitment to integrating international knowledge ensures reliable and cost-effective solutions for customers worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Giza. The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of client requirements. Daily tasks include conducting technical consultations, providing technical support to customers, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing and delivering sales presentations tailored to customer needs. The Senior Sales Engineer will also play a key role in customer relationship management to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales growth.QualificationsExperience in Sales Engineering and Sales processes for minimum 5 years, with a proven ability to develop and close deals.Technical Support and problem-solving skills to address complex product and customer challenges effectively.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.Familiarity with industry standards and certifications, and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in the power equipment or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, as well as the ability to prepare technical documentation.
