With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and energy efficiency, we provide state-of-the-art Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and customized HVAC systems for a wide range of applications in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.Position SummaryWe are looking for a results-oriented and technically proficient Senior Sales Engineer with proven experience in selling Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems, a strong network within the UAE market, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic client engagement. Key Responsibilities·        Drive sales of AHU and FCU systems by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.·        Understand client project requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions in line with technical specifications.·        Prepare and submit technical submittals, quotations, and tenders.·        Deliver product presentations and attend technical meetings with clients.·        Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.·        Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.·        Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments. Requirements·        Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.·        Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, specifically with AHU and FCU products.·        Strong technical background in HVAC systems and components.·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.·        Must hold a valid UAE driving license.·        Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.·        Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.·        Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Interested candidates can also send their CV to hrm@maxelltrading.com with the subject line: "Application – Senior Sales Engineer (AHU/FCU)"
