Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a proven track record in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AHU and FCU systems, possess the ability to prepare compliance statements, verify unit technical selections, and guide application engineers. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of HVAC products and services, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively manage sales activities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to overall revenue generation.Roles and responsibilitiesSales and Marketing of AC Equipment for brands like Clima Uno and Tecnair.Generating EnquiriesVerifying and ensuring to send the quotation in concurrence with the sales coordinatorFollow up on quoted projects and work towards closing the deal.Client retentionCustomer building and satisfaction monitoring.Meeting regularly with the respective accounts that are assigned to by the management.Price negotiation at the site level.Must have skillsMinimum 4 years of sales experience in air conditioning products.Proven experience in selling AC products such as AHU, FAHU, VRF, ERV, Ducted, Package, and Ecology units.Strong sales and marketing network within the HVAC industry.Self-driven with a strong sales attitude and result-oriented mindset.
