Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION This strategic role is focused on driving new business growth for the Machinery Health Management (MHM) Protection portfolio in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkmenistan within the TTAG region. The primary objective is to proactively identify, develop and win new projects and modernization opportunities across existing and new customers. While strong customer relationships are essential for this role, the focus is on new business and converting leads to tangible wins. The MHM Protection Sales will closely work with the Account Sales team, who are responsible for maintaining Long-term relationships with our customers. This role complements their efforts by focusing on project-based selling, opportunity creation, and strategic pursuit of growth initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-driven, results oriented professional with a “hunter” mindset, capable of navigating complex customer environments and driving results.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including greenfield projects, modernization initiatives, and migration from competitor solutions.Achieve and exceed sales, bookings, and gross profit targets for the MHM Protection portfolio in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkmenistan.Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans for high-potential customers and projects, leveraging market intelligence and customer insights.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through direct customer engagement, networking, and collaboration with internal teams.Engage with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations to uncover business needs and position Emerson’s value proposition.Collaborate closely with Account Sales Managers to leverage existing relationships and ensure alignment to customer strategy and utilize our subject matter expertise as well as our service engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.Provide input into pricing strategies, commercial terms, and contract negotiations within the agreed Delegation of Authority.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.Utilize Emerson’s sales tools (CRM, DMS, Decision Support Tool) to drive productivity and transparency.Represent Emerson at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote the MHM Protection portfolio.Ensures that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company’s Trade Compliance procedures and escalates any concerns or questions to the local GatekeeperAdheres to Business Ethics stipulated by EmersonWho You Are:You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
