You will work closely with dealers, designers, and end-users to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while supporting our mission of sustainable water management.This role reports to the Sales Manager,WU - Hungary & Slovenia.Your main responsibilities will include: Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets in your area.Building and maintaining a strong dealer network, ensuring their growth and competency.Creating and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders, including end-users and design institutions.Supporting the Area Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and action plans.Monitoring account receivables and ensuring timely payments to maintain healthy cash flow.Your background: A bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.3 - 5 years of sales experience in water processing products or similar industries.Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken).Technical knowledge of pumps and experience in water and wastewater treatment is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.A proactive, self-starting attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
