Our enterprise is characterized by innovation, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit, supported by a workforce of over 13,000 employees.The RoleManage existing and grow ICT dealer network in Kandy and Kurunegala regions.Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers to drive sales and loyalty.Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely payment collections.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.Operate proactively and effectively in a competitive, fast-paced environment.The Person3–5 years’ experience in ICT dealer channel sales or related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.Strong background in Dealer management and business development.Experience in handling regional markets, preferably Kandy and Kurunegala.Familiarity with ICT products and market dynamics.Hands-on experience in collection management and sales reporting.
