This role will be responsible for driving new sales of Nasdaq data products as well as managing client relationships with existing customers in Japan. In this role, you will be part of a sales and account management team driving revenue growth in one of the fastest-growing regions for Nasdaq’s data business. You will also actively contribute to data product development, sales strategy and marketing campaigns relevant to your responsible territory. We are open to candidates based in Tokyo or Hong Kong.You can expect an autonomous but fast-paced work environment where you are recognized for your results and ability to drive things forward. Every day brings many opportunities to learn and grow and rewards with a global impact we create.What You Will DoIdentify, develop and close new opportunities by working closely with prospects as well as existing clientsExecute the business unit’s near-term and long-term sales strategy, meeting individual sales targets and company business objectivesConduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer’s senior management to understand their data needs and offer the relevant Nasdaq data solutionsConduct regular research identifying industry trends and competitive landscapeSupporting our co-marketing efforts with key clients by working closely with our in-house marketing teamWhat We ExpectAt least 8 years of direct sales and account management experienceKnowledge of financial information services, financial markets or fintech industryExcellent communication, planning and research skills with great attention to detailOutstanding customer management and presentation skillsNative Japanese language proficiency and fluency in EnglishWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHighly proficient with MS Office and SalesforceBachelor's degree in Finance or BusinessDoes It Sound Like You?Please follow through by clicking the “Apply” link and submitting your application.
