Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Professional specialized in direct sales of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market, be capable of developing new accounts, managing key customers, and achieving aggressive sales targets through direct engagement with end users.Key Responsibilities•Develop and execute direct sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.•Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories to promote medical devices and related solutions.•Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital directors, procurement teams, and medical professionals.•Identify and secure new business opportunities through active prospecting and follow-up.•Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to clients.•Manage tender participation and ensure all required documents are properly submitted on time.•Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.•Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations to management.•Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.•Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the medical device industry.•Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through direct engagement with hospitals or clinical institutions.•Experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), ECG (Electrocardiogram), EEG (Electroencephalogram), and medical imaging products is highly preferred.•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.•Strong network and relationships with hospital procurement officers and medical professionals.•Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.•Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written), Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.•Willing to travel frequently within assigned regions.We Offer•Competitive salary and performance-based commissions.•Opportunity to represent international medical device brands.•Professional training and continuous career development.•Supportive and collaborative work environment.How to ApplyYou may apply directly from Linkedin or just visit our jobstreet company
