Senior Sales – IT Contracting / IT Consulting – Belgian Market DevelopmentLocation: Luxembourg (Head Office)Type: Permanent PositionExperience: Senior / ConfirmedSector: IT Recruitment & ConsultingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Sales professional with proven experience in IT recruitment, IT contracting, or consulting services, to lead and drive our commercial expansion in Belgium.Based at our Luxembourg office, you will be the key driver of our Belgian market growth — identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, and positioning our brand as a trusted partner for IT contracting and consulting.This role requires a true business developer, capable of combining strategic vision with hands-on sales execution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand our IT contracting and consulting business across Belgium.Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (end clients, integrators, service companies).Build and maintain strong commercial relationships within the Belgian IT ecosystem.Leverage your existing network to generate immediate business opportunities.Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to contract closing.Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Act as the main point of contact for all Belgian commercial activities, reporting directly to management.Profile:5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within IT recruitment, consulting, or contracting.Strong network within the Belgian IT ecosystem (clients, partners, freelancers).Proven success in developing a new market or launching a business unit from scratch.Excellent hunter mindset: proactive, ambitious, and results-driven.Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong advantage).Based in Luxembourg or willing to work from our Luxembourg office, with frequent trips to Belgium.What We OfferA strategic role at the core of our Belgian market expansion.The opportunity to evolve into a managerial position, leading and building your own sales team as the business grows.High autonomy and a key influence on our commercial strategy in Belgium.An attractive compensation package including base salary + commission + company car.Commercial incentives and performance rewards throughout the year.A pleasant work environment in the heart of Luxembourg City, within a dynamic and friendly team.One day of remote work per week to maintain a healthy work-life balance.The chance to build and own your client portfolio, supported by experienced recruitment and delivery teams.A motivating, international environment that values initiative, results, and entrepreneurship.Interested in?
