Strong sales experience over 15 years in Specialty ChemicalsStrong problem solving skill, entrepreneurship and leadership.About Our ClientThe global speciality chemicals and agricultural supplier operating across several continents with strong commitment to sustainability and delivered customised solutions through both brand partnerships and its own R&D-driven product development.Job DescriptionOversee overall departmental budgeting, P&L management, pricing strategy as well as resource efficiency to meet financial and growth targets.Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies, KPIs, market expansion plans including new products, agencies, dealers and channel partners.Lead, coach and develop the sales team, driving a high-performance culture with clear policies, procedures as well as continuous improvement.Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, customer data and take corrective actions aligned with business strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and also internal teams while ensuring exceptional customer service.Conduct market research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities, guide product development and support strategic decision-making.Manage CRM utilisation, reporting & communication of sales activities, insights, market trends to management and stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantProven sales experience over 10 years preferably from distributors with strong exposure to chemicals in Specialty Chemicals - Home Care, Personal Care, Food Ingredients, Rubber and Plastics industries.Strong leadership and large-team management capability including coaching, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.Strategic, analytical and systematic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations.Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience managing suppliers, stock, purchasing, pricing and end-to-end operations-acting like a portfolio owner.Excellent communication, negotiation and English language skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and close sales.Entrepreneurship with skilled in customer engagement including joint visits with team members and driving business growth based on market trends and competitor insights.Proficient in CRM and sales analytic tools with the ability to execute special tasks or projects as required.What's on OfferOpportunities for professional growth and development with global organisation.Permanent position within a well-established organisation.Competitive package and benefits.Contact: Patsorn AsawasangrutQuote job ref: JN-112025-6887282
