As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive corporate business growth in the region.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed corporate sales targetsLead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector in Jeddah and surrounding areasBuild and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to corporate clientsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tacticsPrepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior managementNegotiate and close high-value corporate contractsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practicesQualificationsProven track record of success in corporate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business landscapeExceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level corporate clientsProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics toolsFluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbalExperience in developing and implementing strategic sales plansStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentExcellent presentation and public speaking skillsKnowledge of Saudi Arabian business culture and etiquetteWillingness to travel within the region as requiredAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
