A leading European logistics provider is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Manager to drive growth across its UK–Europe–Nordics network.This is a key commercial role for an experienced hunter who thrives on developing new business and reactivating lapsed or dormant accounts. You’ll be provided with an assigned list of target clients, including strategic accounts to grow, while also having the freedom to pursue your own leads and expand your network.Key responsibilities:Identify and win new business across European road freight and multimodal transport.Reactivate and grow lapsed customer relationships.Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with a focus on long-term growth.Collaborate with operational teams to ensure consistent service excellence.Deliver strong, sustainable revenue and margin performance.Ideal background:Proven success in outside sales within logistics, transport, or freight forwarding.Solid understanding of UK, Europe and Nordic trade lanes.Established network or existing book of business is a strong advantage.Confident, consultative communicator with a true hunter mindset.Fluent in English, with additional European languages an asset.
