The brand represents craftsmanship, material integrity, and thoughtful design — serving as a destination for the trade and uniting designers, architects, and collectors who share an appreciation for timeless, well-made furniture and objects.Based out of our new Los Angeles showroom, the Senior Sales Representative will engage daily with designers, architects, and private clients, cultivate new business across the region, and represent FAIR at design events and industry gatherings.Job RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in the interior design or luxury furnishings industryProven success in relationship-driven, trade-focused salesFamiliarity with showroom environments, the design process, and custom furniture productionStrong understanding of design trade clientele and project-based salesOutside Sales Experience And Established Designer Network PreferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPolished, professional demeanor and confident client presentation styleAbility to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the New York teamStrong organizational, follow-through, and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with strategic thinking and genuine enthusiasm for design and craftAbout Our CompanyFounded in 2015 by Brad Ford, FAIR is a design showroom and gallery dedicated to craftsmanship, community, and enduring design.
