In 2016, we established our Japanese subsidiary, J-STAR Co., Ltd.ResponsibilitiesMaintain existing customers and handle daily order management; develop new customers and understand the needs of new markets.Handle and follow up customer complaints in a timely manner; establish a customer database and manage it by classification.Customer Management: Develop new customers and visit existing customers regularly to maintain customer relationships.Do a good job in sales service to promote and maintain the relationship between the company and customers.Provide timely feedback to the headquarters on the latest products in the market and market trends; put forward suggestions and improvements for products based on market feedback.Be responsible for the overall planning and arrangement of exhibitions in the Japanese region.RequirementsA bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in market development and sales of similar related products in the Japanese market.Those local Japanese with corresponding Chinese or English communication skills. Those with sales or market development management experience in the same industry will be given priority.Be familiar with Japanese culture and the distribution of relevant industries and markets in Japan.Be responsible for professional work and achievements, and be able to actively promote the achievement of the goals of the relevant business.Have strong self-learning ability and an innovative mindset, and be able to quickly adapt to industry requirements.
