Core Positioning : Drive strategic penetration and channel expansion of adult wellness products in Japan, leading breakthrough growth in this high-potential market.Responsibilities:Japan Market Breakthrough: Develop and execute a 3-year Japan market penetration plan, establishing a robust physical channel network across key metropolitan areas (e.g., Tokyo, Osaka) including 20+ drugstores, sex toy specialty stores, and convenience retailers within 6 months. Conduct monthly competitive intelligence analysis on local leaders, delivering actionable differentiation strategies to outperform competitors in channel placement and pricing.Omnichannel Ecosystem Development: Build an integrated sales matrix spanning e-commerce (Amazon Japan, Rakuten), offline experience stores, and smart vending machines. Lead exclusive partnership negotiations with top-tier chains such as LOFT and Don Quijote. Source and collaborate with Japanese OEM manufacturers to co-develop customized products (e.g., JWPA-certified smart sex toys tailored to local preferences).Localized Operations Excellence: Assemble a Japanese-speaking customer service team and redesign packaging/instruction manuals to align with cultural preferences, incorporating AR virtual try-on functionality for enhanced user engagement. Plan quarterly experiential marketing events (e.g., "Shibuya Intimacy Tech Expo") and partner with KOLs/influencers to drive immersive brand experiences.Compliance & Risk Control: Establish a Japan-specific compliance SOP framework, ensuring full adherence to the Business Entertainment Law, Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, and local advertising guidelines.
