Senior Sales Representative

TBP Auto Vietnam is a leading distributor and manufacturer of truck parts, including brake drums and other heavy-duty components. We supply quality products to repair shops, retailers, and transportation companies across Vietnam. Our mission is to deliver reliable, high-quality parts at competitive prices while building long-term partnerships with our customers.We are expanding our domestic distribution network and seeking experienced Salespeople to develop and grow relationships with retailers, repair shops, and fleet operators across Vietnam. This position will play an important role in increasing our market presence, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales relationships with truck part retailers, repair shops, and transport companies.Identify and approach new customers within assigned regions or customer groups.Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.Collaborate with the TBP Auto team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.Represent TBP Auto at customer visits and events.Qualifications3+ years of sales experience.Experience in the automotive parts industry is a bonus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of truck parts is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
