Senior Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value B2B opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments. You will manage the full sales cycle and act as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and business leaders, showcasing how our ERP solutions address complex workforce and operational challenges.Key Responsibilities:• Own and manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.• Build and sustain a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and participation in industry events.• Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations customized to client needs and challenges.• Understand client pain points in HR and operations, positioning our ERP solution as a consultative and strategic fit.• Collaborate with SDRs, product, and implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff and long-term customer success.• Accurately forecast and report pipeline metrics and sales performance using CRM tools.• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and HR tech developments.Required Qualifications:• 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software.• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.• Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle.• Consultative selling mindset with a solution-focused approach.• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
