This role involves leading and managing the implementation of SAP BTP services and applications for our clients.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the implementation of SAP BTP packages for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants, including code reviews, design reviews, and training.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, configure, and customize SAP BTP applications and services.Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.Conduct gap analysis between client's current systems and target SAP BTP systems, and recommend solutions.Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP BTP technologies.Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.Preferred EducationMaster's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree would be an asset.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in SAP BTP.Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, including its architecture, functionality, and best practices.Proven experience in SAP BTP implementations.Excellent understanding of integration and extension capabilities of SAP BTP.Proficient in SAP Cloud Platform (CP), Integration Suite, and other BTP services.Knowing how to hands-on build Gen AI applications, AI Agents. Knowing how to code Python is a plus, alongside with BTP, Joule or SAP Business AI certifications.Ability to navigate fragmented landscapes through API-calls and MCP-servers is key.Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceKnowing how to code Python is a plus.
