The team is expanding its cloud ecosystem and investing in SAP BTP to modernize business applications, strengthen integrations, and streamline key processes. Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Collaborate with web developers and ABAP engineers to support them in expanding their skills in the BTP environmentLead and support the migration and integration of existing systems and applications to the BTP platformDefine and maintain technical standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices for SAP BTPConduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions with the wider engineering teamAnalyze and improve business processes using BTP technologies and integrationsEngage with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and successful implementation Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development or SAP Cloud solutionsStrong knowledge of ABAP and web development (JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js)Practical experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), OData/REST APIs, and SAP HANAProven experience working with retail or E-commerce systemsBackground in system integration and enterprise architectureAbility to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured wayAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of EnglishWILL BE A PLUSExperience with SAP Fiori/UI5Knowledge of SAP Integration SuiteExperience in building internal developer tools or BTP governance standardsPrevious participation in cloud transformation projectsKnowledge of German (not mandatory) PERSONAL PROFILEStrong communication and mentoring skills
