Senior SAP Consultant (P2P)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior SAP Consultant (P2P) to become part of our team.This position plays a critical role in a global effort to upgrade and streamline the SAP landscape. As a specialist in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain, you will focus on knowledge sharing, process enhancements, and delivering innovative approaches to align SAP P2P functionality with dynamic business requirements. ResponsibilitiesFacilitate detailed knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to gain insights into business processes, configurations, and custom code in the SAP P2P domainConduct hands-on tasks in non-production environments to validate and deepen acquired expertiseReview and refine support documentation, such as SOPs and runbooks, to ensure clarity and relevanceManage escalations and handle intricate incidents within the SAP P2P domainPerform shadowing and reverse-shadowing exercises to smoothly transition responsibilities during the knowledge transfer phaseSupport SAP P2P processes consistently, maintaining operational stability and excellenceLead efforts to innovate and enhance SAP P2P processes to align with business goals and enhance efficiency RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional backgroundMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or similar rolesExpertise in SAP Retail with emphasis on purchasing processesProficiency in SAP Materials Management and its integration with other SAP modulesCompetency in solving complex system challenges using advanced problem-solving approachesStrong relationship-building and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsFlexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and manage tasks effectivelyFluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher Nice to haveUnderstanding of SAP-IS: Retail Solutions, including applications within retail operationsKnowledge of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and its role in P2P workflowsBackground in SAP transformation or modernization initiativesShowcase of SAP certifications related to P2P modules or SAP Retail functionality We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
