Senior SAP Consultant (Retail Sourcing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Consultant (Retail Sourcing) to drive the transition and modernization of the SAP landscape for a global retail organization. In this strategic role, you will oversee the SAP Retail Sourcing stream, ensuring operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary knowledge holder for the SAP Retail Sourcing stream post-transitionEnsure a seamless, zero-downtime transition for SAP Retail Sourcing functionalities, including SAP Rebate WCOCO and various rebate types (vendor allowances, VFP, fixed amount, scale rebates)Participate in intensive knowledge transfer sessions focused on business processes, configurations, and custom codeConduct hands-on validations in lower environments to confirm knowledge and system functionalityLead and guide your team through shadowing and reverse shadowing phasesReview, update, and refine all operational documentation, including SOPs and runbooksManage escalations and resolve complex incidents specific to the SAP Retail Sourcing streamCollaborate with P2P, Finance, Logistics, and MDM stream leads to address integration points and dependencies effectivelyBuild a self-sufficient team capable of managing long-term operations for the SAP Retail Sourcing streamCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure formal stream sign-off and adherence to service levelsRepresent the SAP Retail Sourcing stream as the go-to expert for technical and functional insights Requirements3+ years of experience in SAP Logistics, with a focus on SAP Retail SourcingExpertise in SAP Retail rebate management functionalities, including WCOCO and various rebate types (vendor allowances, VFP, fixed/scale rebates)Understanding of SAP integration architecture, including touchpoints with P2P, Finance, Logistics, or MDM systemsCompetency in managing transition phases, including knowledge absorption, shadowing, and stream leadershipShowcase of skills in maintaining and updating support materials such as SOPs and runbooksBackground in resolving critical incidents and handling escalations in SAP environmentsEnglish level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication Nice to haveKnowledge of SAP Retail Purchasing or SAP Retail Sales functionalitiesUnderstanding of SAP Industry Solutions/Retail (SAP-IS: Retail) within SAP ERP landscapesFamiliarity with advanced retail-specific customizations in SAP We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
