Each project is a journey, not a destination, and we stay close to our clients during every major transformation.We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP FI consultant colleague to join our team, being involved in local or international projects, collaborating with diverse teams.What You'll Be DoingDesign & deliver technical/functional solutions against specifications and blueprints in accordance with agreed standards and proceduresDesign processes and planning, will offer support for the documentation and the implementation of the new functionalities – improvements on the existing for creating new flows, implementing new projects at local or regional levelComplete unit and integration testing of developments in line with agreed processes ensuring completion within allocated timescalesCommunicate internally with business users and externally with other entitiesCollaborate with all teams within IT department, local business and regional teams to solve the issues and to reduce their impact, to detect all the dependencies for the new requirements and to anticipate all flows involved, to plan correctly the process and to unlock the blockagesComplete detailed solution documentation for functional solutionsProvide technical expertise in systems applications within a nominated functionProvide solutions for different issues on the financial flows, and for the maintenance of the data transfer in SAP through various applicationsInvolved in staff trainingContinuously improve our implementation methodologyFocused on delivering multiple projects at the same timeUndertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be requiredMaintain a high level of functionality for the financial processes in the companyWhat You'll Bring AlongSubject Matter Expert for SAP FI ModuleMinimum of 3-7 years experience in SAP FI functional Development and SupportSAP implementation experience for specific FI module, full project lifecycleSolid experience of systems development and project management methodologiesIn deep understanding of the processes in SAP ECC Financial modules: SAP GL, AP, AR, AA, Banks, COIn-depth knowledge of SAP FI module functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modulesExperience with design, implementation and testing processes. Working on these areas to define business processes, solving the gaps, improving the flows, transforming the business requirements into system specifications to meet current and future requirementsSolid understanding and experience of integrating SAP GL modules with other modules like MM, SD, PM and FICO sub-modulesGood knowledge of RO specific legislation (SAF-T, e-factura, etc.)Experience in designing, implementing and managing processes for interfacing and data transfer between SAP and other applicationsStrong knowledge of Business ProcessesWorked before on IT projectsGood communication skillsGreat attention, to details, well organized, team player, problem-solving, decision-making, result orientation, resilience, presentation skills, analytical thinking, people-management, goal-orientationAbility to work in a complex environment, handling various types of tasks in the financial area and its integration with other systems and/or solutionsA landscape overview of the retail processes starting from the store to the financial processes would be a plusEnglish language knowledge is a must Traveling on site in Romania, if requiredNice To HaveIFRS knowledge, Plant maintenance, Investment management, Real estate modules, experience on SAP 4 HANA implementation
