Senior SAP IS-Retail Consultant

Job Title: SAP IS-Retail Consultant – S/4HANA ImplementationLocation: Jakarta, Indonesia (Onsite)Contract Duration: 14 MonthsWe are seeking an experienced SAP IS-Retail Consultant to join a Retail Industry S/4HANA implementation project in Jakarta. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying SAP IS-Retail solutions, enabling efficient retail processes including assortment management, pricing, promotions, and point-of-sale (POS) integration.Key Responsibilities •Lead the IS-Retail workstream in the S/4HANA implementation project. •Gather, analyze, and document retail business requirements (merchandising, promotions, pricing, master data, store operations). •Configure and customize SAP IS-Retail functions including: • Article Master, Site Master, Assortment Management • Retail Pricing & Promotions • Procurement & Replenishment • Store Operations and POS Interfaces •Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, FICO, EWM, and POS systems. •Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects and collaborate with technical teams. •Conduct testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and support master data migration (articles, sites, prices). •Deliver training, user documentation, and knowledge transfer. •Support cutover and post-go-live hypercare.Requirements8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP IS-Retail and 2+ full-cycle IS-Retail implementations.Strong knowledge of retail processes: article master, assortment planning, procurement, replenishment, pricing & promotions, and store operations.Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management.Integration knowledge with MM, SD, FICO, EWM, and POS systems is a must.Strong communication and client-facing skills, able to engage with retail business stakeholders.Availability for onsite work in Jakarta for the project duration (14 months).
