Senior Sap Project Manager

DescriptionWe are currently seeking to hire Functional ERP Project Manager to join our team in Tokyo to work with our Functional Consultants and Technical Architects to ensure success for our clients and exceed their expectations. For these projects we do focus on a total commercial solution module by introducing software solutions that optimize sales policy management (trade promotion) such as promotion, rebate, and pricing, we will contribute to customer performance improvement and labor and infrastructure cost reduction through consulting.Responsibilities:Be able to think logically, respect the cultural differences between our company and our customers, and the regions within our company, and communicate appropriately.Lead Project management activity for introducing our solution to SAP user companies, as an official module of SAP S/4HANA ERP.Facilitate, participate and lead different meetings with the Customers, SAP or SAP partners to carry out system demos, gather requirements, playback solutions and support testing.Participate in execution of project deliverables such as blueprints workshops, documents, specifications, configuration and testing/training supportEnsuring conformity with requirements for project deliverables (ensuring quality from a Japanese perspective)Understanding upstream/downstream process impacts (Master data, sales, finance, etc)Configuration of tasks/functions in chargeProvide on-site and / or remote consulting services customers implementing products and solutionsSkill transfer to / from overseas membersCollaboration with offshore teams (internal and external)Communicate requirements and discussions carried out with the customers to the overseas team members (requirements documents, specifications documents, etc.) and support overseas members communication with Japanese customers.Open for making multiple overseas business trips (mainly within Asia pacific area, India, US headquarters, etc.).Potentially be involved in project assignment control in the future and other additional activities led by multiple countries.Required5 years: ERP implementation experience (especially SD, MM, SCM area or similar modules) of 5 years or more is a must3 years:Experience in development and introduction of core system (ERP) is a mustExcellent communication and client handling skillsExcellent Japanese language skills (both written and spoken)Intermediate English language skills (both written and spoken)PreferredBusiness level English (standard: TOEIC 750 or above, but can consult) is a plusManufacturer, retail, chemical or oil industry work experience is a plusPM experience, leader experience is a plusExperience studying abroad/MBA is a plusPrior experience in large consulting firms (Accenture, Deloitte etc) is a plusSD technical skills and ABAP skills are a plus
