Detailed job description - Skill Set:Senior Scrum Master – Telecom OSS Domain & Agile DeliveryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master (10+ years) to lead and drive Agile delivery across 2–3 technical squads within a dynamic telecom environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including tribe-squad models, and a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional teams.Should be ready to work from Belgium office full time .Key Responsibilities:• Lead multiple Agile squads efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.• Proactively identify and reduce internal and external dependencies to streamline delivery.• Drive team motivation and engagement through coaching, transparency, and ownership.• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.• Maintain and optimize workflows using JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools.• Support planning, tracking, and reporting of squad activities and deliverables.• Participate actively in team initiatives and contribute to solutioning where needed.• Encourage innovation and bring new ideas to improve team performance and delivery.Required Skills & Experience:• 10+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, with at least 6 years as a Scrum Master.• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban (if needed).• Hands-on experience managing squads working on technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, Angular, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL, AWS, and OSS/back-end systems.• Excellent command of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.• Strong interpersonal and client management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.• Moderate technical understanding to effectively support highly technical teams.• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in team practices and delivery models.Mandatory Skills(ONLY 2 or 3)Agile/Scrum delivery experience, strong hands-on expertise with JIRA & Confluence, and solid understanding of tribe-squad Agile models.
