Senior Scrum Master – Enterprise Infrastructure

Job Type: Contractor/ Full Time Workplace: Atlanta/ GAWe are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to support our Enterprise Infrastructure initiatives, including complex programs such as data center transitions and platform migrations. This role requires a strong communicator who can work fluidly across multiple teams and stakeholder levels, including direct collaboration with engineering managers and directors.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) with a pragmatic, context-aware approach.Partner with engineering leadership to align delivery goals with infrastructure realities.Guide teams in applying Scrum principles in a flexible, fit-for-purpose manner — not textbook Scrum.Help identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and support cross-team coordination.Maintain and refine backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and technical leads.Foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure teams.Support communication and reporting across business and technical stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise IT or infrastructure environments.Strong communication skills — able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely across technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to tailor Agile practices to suit infrastructure contexts (e.g., hardware dependencies, change windows, non-sprintable tasks).Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering leadership.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferredPreferred SkillsBackground in infrastructure, data center operations, or enterprise IT.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving environments.
