Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support our value stream teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. The ADL will work in close collaboration with the Product Manager of the team and Tech Leads across each capability, ensuring that delivery is well-coordinated, transparent, and aligned with business priorities.In this role, the ADL will be responsible for running two squads within the value stream, ensuring delivery consistency and alignment across both.The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator, skilled in agile ways of working, and able to foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.RequirementsFacilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for two squads, ensuring focus, alignment, and accountability.Partner with the Product Manager to balance delivery priorities, scope, and timelines across squads.Collaborate with Tech Leads across engineering, QA, and other capabilities to coordinate dependencies and unblock delivery.Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, and issues across the value stream, communicating effectively with stakeholders.Coordinate with other PMs, TLs, and ADLs across the business to manage cross-team dependencies.Drive continuous improvement within the squads, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability.Act as a servant leader, enabling the squads to own their delivery and operate with autonomy.Ensure alignment of delivery with broader organisational objectives and value stream goals.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role in an agile environmentStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and delivery practicesExperience managing delivery across multiple squadsExcellent facilitation and communication skills, able to bring together diverse perspectives and drive alignmentExperience working in a value stream or product-based delivery modelStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business functionsAbility to balance delivery discipline with adaptability in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Agile metrics and reporting to track delivery health and progressNice to HaveExperience working in large-scale organisations with multiple value streamsExposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for delivery trackingKnowledge of DevOps practices and how they support continuous deliveryBenefitsThe Things We Really Care About: Health Insurance - because health comes first Flexible working hours Open holidays - take the time you need for yourself Profit distribution for everyone Mindera Annual Trip, Sports, and sharing groups to connect and have fun!
