Senior Scrum Master – Product Teams

Do you thrive on building high-performing teams and driving agile excellence?We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support two cross-functional product teams in delivering impactful digital solutions that shape the future of urban technology and Smart City innovation.As a key member of our Agile Delivery function, you’ll foster collaboration, remove obstacles, and help teams continuously improve their delivery flow and product quality.Your RoleFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for two agile product teams.Coach and mentor team members to enhance agile maturity and self-organization.Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to ensure sprint goals align with product vision and business value.Identify and remove delivery impediments proactively.Use data-driven insights (velocity, burn-down, team health metrics) to drive continuous improvement.Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and learning within teams.Partner with other Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach to scale best practices across the organization.Your Profile5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.Proven experience managing multiple agile teams concurrently.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling techniques.Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.Solid grasp of agile metrics and how to use them to guide team performance.Familiarity with digital product environments (IoT, data platforms, SaaS, or Smart City projects preferred).Certifications such as SSM, PSM II, or PMI-ACP are a strong plus.Soft SkillsEmpathetic communicator and trusted team coach.Natural problem solver with a bias for action and delivery.Highly organized with strong stakeholder management abilities.Passionate about helping teams build meaningful products that improve people’s daily lives.What We OfferThe opportunity to work with two autonomous, product-driven teams on innovative urban tech initiatives.A culture that values agility, empowerment, and experimentation.Hybrid work flexibility and professional growth programs.The chance to make a real impact on the cities of tomorrow.
