COMPANY OVERVIEW Ainsley Search Group, LLC is a recruiting firm that offers manufacturing and life science industries retained, contingent and project-based searches for positions in the Supply Chain, Procurement, Innovation, Operational Excellence, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Accounting & Finance and Engineering verticals.Senior Search ConsultantThe Senior Search Consultant is responsible for Leading Client Search life cycle within the search firm verticals and is also responsible for leading New Business Development.You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to build your own book of business.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.Source and establish rapport with prospective talents based off client’s hiring criteria, lead and manage the candidate and client throughout the life cycle of a search project. Partners with clients and search consultant to conduct thorough hiring demand analysis, develop job profile and description based on clients’ requirements. Conduct market research on skill sets, salary trend, talent supply trend, etc. Stay abreast of targeted industry trends and recruiting best practices, act as industry expert with clients and candidates throughout the sales process.Collaborate with Search Consultants to manage the flow of interview process with clients, lead and streamline the order management process from start to finish, provides guidance as needed and support the negotiation process through post offer management. Provide on-going customer relation maintenance to both clients and candidates, addresses clients’ inquiries, and maintains close communication with clients.Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities, develop a book of business algin with the search firm’s vertical focuses.Continually develop knowledge of industry trends and best practices in executive searchQualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive search or high level 360 contingent direct hire recruitmentProven track record of successful contingent and/or retained searchesProven track record of new business development and client development within contingent and/or retained search industries. Ability to bring and establish a book of business.Prior experience working in metric and quota driven environment.Strong hunter’s mentality, competitive and a must-win mindset. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent in people and communication skills, ability to build and foster a trust-based partnership with clients and a solid background in sales. Self-starter and a quick learner, independent and ability to work and meet deadlines without the requirement of micromanagement. Ability to plan, prioritize projects and workflow, able to multitask and meet deadlines simultaneously, ability to stay organized and to pay close attention to details. Self-discipline, ability work diligently and productively in a remote workforce. Solid experience with solutions and consultative sales approachA team player, works and collaborates well with internal teams.Strong network of contacts and relationships within the industryBachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
