Senior Service Delivery Manager

Job Overview: Service Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager (Infra)He/she will be responsible for overseeing project execution, resource allocation, client communication, and ensuring the successful delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a track record of managing successful software delivery projects and handling large client accounts.Experience required:Overall experience of 15 -18 years with minimum of last 3 years in the role of delivery manager roleMust has handled minimum 1-2 large accountsShould have the experience to grow accountsShould have experience in Infrastructure space with fair bit of knowledge around applicationsShould have handled Infrastructure service delivery engagements in both staffing and managed services modelShould be well versed on Agile, Service delivery model and has been part of large transition programsShould be able to Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client value.Should be able to Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to existing clients, working closely with sales and account management teams to maximize revenue and profitability.Comes from technology background with at least 10 years of experience in core technologies in the initial career. Still has the technical acumen to participate in solutioning, challenge the team and confidently discuss technology with customerStable employment track record.
