A superb opportunity to work with groundbreaking technology in a diverse and great engineering area.We're thrilled to bring our vision of an outstanding Digital Organization to life, and we believe in having fun while doing it!Core ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Service Owner, you willSet direction for the service product by crafting a product vision, roadmap, defining objectives and key results and setting clear operational priorities.Define the ‘why’, ‘what,’ and ‘when’ of SAM at the LEGO Group.Take responsibility across a complex software estate comprising commercial and open-source software hosted on-premises, on cloud platforms, and as SaaS solutions.Foster a team of Software Asset Management Specialists, working alongside their People Leader, setting high-reaching expectations towards their deliveries in support of corporate strategy.Work closely with Procurement, Legal and other supporting capabilities to improve the value of contracts with vendors, and ensure complianceBuild and maintain a close working relationship with our internal engineering teams, specifying and co-developing products that support the outcomes of SAM and the wider organization.Engage with partners as part of developing strategies to best deliver on outcomes across areas such as organizational compliance and efficiency.Mentor and Develop Talent Foster the professional growth of team members by sharing knowledge, mentor, and encouraging continuous learning.Be a member of the Colleague Enablement Leadership Team, working collaboratively alongside peers. Leading the delivery of technical products that support the foundational daily needs of Colleagues globally to understand their needs and co-develop future capabilities.Play your part in our team succeeding Join and advise a dynamic team responsible for a foundational capability within Digital Platforms & Infrastructure domain. We deliver critical insights and cost-saving productivity initiatives, support corporate compliance and optimize commercial agreements. We are looking for an experienced candidate, with a consistent track record of delivering a service product supporting an organization’s core infrastructure capabilities.We would also consider strong engineering talent with strength in mentoring looking to take a next career step, with an ambition to drive the future of this foundational service product.It is expected that the right candidate would bring to the roleA solid understanding and experience with enterprise Software Asset Management delivery, applying technologies such as Flexera Snow Atlas.Great communication skills including a strong record of partner engagement and management.Strong collaboration skills, able to understand and adapt to partner needs, and drive the development of your service product while influencing the development of other products in the organization’s ecosystem.Good interpersonal skills to take on a mentoring role at the helm of an established team, and a great teammate who enjoys incorporating fun into everyday work.Experience liaising with vendors to drive product roadmap development in support of an organization’s goalsExperience in agile delivery in a Product model.Advanced English both written and verbally is a need since we are an international gathered team.Please note If you require any reasonable accommodation or adjustments throughout the application process, please let us know.
