Join WWT today!What will you be doing?The Sr. Analyst uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the build-out and integration of third-party vendor systems and products. This position involves liaising between external vendors and internal teams requiring IT-based solutions. The employee will have a strong understanding of Agile, Scaled Agile, EPM and the ability to translate business outcomes and requirements to technical teams. The employee will coach, mentor, and guide more junior team members. The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence, be able to work independently and as part of a team, build cross-functional relationships, have a passion for continuous learning and improvement, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.Responsibilities: Promote WWT Core Values and best practices Work in a Scaled Agile environment to deliver solutions Develop tools, visual aids, and other original content to support the understanding/education of complex and technical information such as data, business processes, and IT workflows Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports for effective data visualization Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports and dashboards Skills in leveraging data visualization tools to simplify complex information and increase data-driven decisions Experience in training users and providing support for data visualization tools and best practices Mentor others on the best practices and approaches for creating clear, concise, and organized communication materials to convey technical concepts in a user-friendly way ,Research technical specifications, articulate technical messages, and display deep technical expertise through written deliverables Gains insight into how customers utilize technology for their competitive advantage and apply this knowledge to suggest areas for improvement Convey the right information to the correct parties to ensure that proposals for improvements are given the proper consideration and technical issues are resolved promptly Contributes to product development by identifying industry changes, listening to customer needs, capturing feedback, and communicating that feedback to the business Translate complex customer business requirements and/or new situations into action steps/plans for developers Conducts a deep review of data and issues to reveal the root cause of the problem quickly Recommends interim and long-term solutions to complex problems to ensure successful resolution Executes solutions to complex problems; guides the analysis of a problem to a successful resolution Effectively identify issues with the quality and performance of products, services, solutions, or processes and propose improvements Facilitate collaboration with different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop practical solutions to issues Strives for optimum organizational efficiency by applying systems thinking across boundaries and making recommendations about policies/ processes Takes a whole systems approach to analyze issues and implements holistic solutions by ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process, and technology are made Requirements: 6+ years' experience performing business or system analysis Strong understanding of ServiceNow Platform Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management a plus Experience with reporting software such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Strong functional knowledge of subject matter, business strategies, and processes Innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas Self-directed and self-motivated Excellent communication skills The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
