Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Dhaka. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, handle customer inquiries, and ensure consistent quality of service. Responsibilities also include training new employees, assisting in inventory management, and coordinating with the detailing team to maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all processes align with company standards and goals. Qualifications Experience in staff management, scheduling, and team coordinationStrong communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of automotive detailing processes and products including ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and paint correction techniquesAbility to handle inventory management and maintain stock levelsProficiency in using industry-related technology and softwareProblem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quicklyHigh level of organization and attention to detailPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or detailing industryRelevant degree or certification in automotive technology or management is a plus
