Work-life balance, beginner’s mind and community involvement are our identity, our foundations, and our culture.What You Need To Join UsWe’re looking for a Senior Signaling System Engineer with expertise in ETCS (European Train Control System) to join a passionate railway engineering team in Portugal.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of ETCS signaling solutions.Ensure compliance with ERTMS standards and safety protocols.Handle system architecture, integration, validation, and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) aspects.Conduct requirement analysis, system specifications, and safety assessments.Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective system integration.Profile RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.7+ years of experience in railway signaling engineering, including proven ETCS/ERTMS experience.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in Portuguese (native or near-native); English proficiency is a plus.Important NotesLocation: Portugal (preferably Porto, Lisbon, or Fundão)Work model: HybridWhat Do We Have To Offer You Personalized Talent Management.
