Because when you thrive, innovation thrives.SENIOR SIMULATION ENGINEEREssential Functions And ResponsibilitiesPerform thermal systems analysis of new products under development in Gentherm Advanced Engineering group and supporting existing programsModel flow, heat transfer and multiphysics for various pre-development and production components and porous media using ANSYSSupport the development of Gentherm automotive, medical and consumer productsResearch and develop new simulation methods based on data from test labTesting thermal systems, contributing to test procedures and analyzing test dataMinimum QualificationsMasters Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar, if you have a PhD degree in such a field, we consider it as a strong plusAt least 3+ years of hands-on experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) projectsKnowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, aerodynamics and thermodynamics both in theory and applicationProven experience in CAD tools such as Solidworks, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS Design Modeler, Spaceclaim or ANSAPreferred QualificationsIf you have a PhD degree in such a field, we consider it as a strong plus Experience with thermal comfort, automotive HVAC and seat components analysis and simulation is considered as a plusExperience with TAITherm, FEA Structural Simulation or with any other simulation tool is a plusNICE TO KNOWWe specifically pay attention and support your development,You can work with the latest technologies as part of our international team,Annual bonus, cafeteria, housing/travel allowance,Health screenings, sports support, discounted canteen,Exciting corporate eventsGentherm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
